Dimitri Sayegh established Perigee Advisors in 2016 to share the knowledge he has accumulated over 35 years from hundreds of transaction advisory and diligence engagements as a Founding Partner of Ernst & Young’s Strategy & Transaction practice and to counsel and guide small and medium sized enterprises, their shareholders and financial sponsors on how to preserve, create and maximize value by:

  • Identifying and filling in expectation gaps in their financial organizational design and execution
  • Better understanding their key revenue and cost drivers, and working capital needs
  • Analyzing sustainable historical revenue, earnings and free cash flows with the aim of providing insights on future operations
  • Accumulating, organizing and presenting key financial information that is responsive to potential buy-side/ sell-side counter-parties
  • Working hand-in-hand with investment bankers and shareholders to support the proposed transaction storyline
  • Leading and executing remediation financial and accounting activities, as needed 
  • Overcoming the financial and operational challenges associated with periods of rapid transformation compelled either by market conditions or internal initiatives


Perigee Advisors strategically partners with other financial and accounting service organizations, including Blythe Global Advisors ("BGA") of Orange County, California with whom Perigee Advisors has completed many successful buy/sell transactions.  Together, we bring a deep bench to support any transactional and accounting related opportunity that may arise globally. Our senior personnel possess Big-Four background as well as practical operational experience.  We are prepared to meet the ebbs and flows throughout the transaction life cycle.

Dimitri leads all phases of client engagements – whether buy-side or sell-side – from pursuit, to scoping, to execution, to communication, and to reporting. Dimitri designs deliverables to fit client needs at the right time throughout the engagement. Depending on the situation, such deliverables may vary from bullet point agendas, to ad hoc analyses, structured data books, executive summaries of findings and sophisticated narrative reports that are all intended to advance the proposed transaction, enhance closing certainty and shorten the transaction time frame.
